In Bloom is an empowerment photography studio near Huddersfield. More women reach out to us every month than our small team can call back — we're hiring the first voice they'll hear. This application takes about 15 minutes and includes recording yourself twice. That's deliberate: it's a phone role, and we'd rather hear you than read you.

~38 hrs/wk on a two-block pattern — an early block and an evening block, including one weekend day — shaped around when enquiries actually arrive

£26,000 base salary · £25 for every booking you make that pays her deposit — uncapped, paid monthly · monthly bonus: £250 for hitting your target, £500 at 50% over, £1,000 if you double it · realistic first-year earnings £36,000–£40,000
